Is this apartment in a good location?

Set, just off, Calle Real in Frigiliana (the main street through the Moorish quarter), is “Puerto de la Canada” leading via a short passageway and about 10 stairs, to the small private development: with the apartment in Edificio la Canada. There are just 14 apartments in this block each with their own south facing balcony towards Nerja and the sea. Each apartment shares a private communal pool & gardens accessed only by residents and their guests via a locked gate.

Apartment 11 is fully fitted for modern living (air-conditioned throughout) consisting of: a really good sized lounge, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (double and a twin), one family shower room and a separate en-suite toilet to the twin. Nicely decorated this apartment has ample space and seating in the lounge for up to 6. The main sofa is a double pull-out bed if required for additional overnight guests.

Accommodation?

Deep comfortable sofa and twin leather reclining seats in the main salon with a Digi box for UK TV and English language from Spanish TV both feeding a modern 32″ plasma flat screen. Throughout the apartment, there are 3 x air-conditioning units (separately controlled). Leading from the salon a small private terrace with panoramic views across the pool area and the Frigiliana countryside. The master bedroom (air-conditioned) sits to the north of the apartment, cooler during the day. It has a double bed, more fitted wardrobe space than you could possibly bring on holiday, bedside drawer units, lamps etc. The second bedroom with its patio doors to a Juliet balcony has twin single beds freestanding bedroom furniture wardrobe, drawers etc. and an en-suite toilet & wash basin. The newly installed American style kitchen has everything you’d require including oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc more than enough crockery and cutlery. This apartment is an ideal spot for a holiday vacation in Frigiliana; it’s less than 2 minutes into the old historic quarter of Frigiliana with its fine selection of bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

• All prices are for 7 nights (minimum). Payments only accepted in Euros €
• Booking Fee : All prices are subject to a 5% booking fee. From that, we pay taxes & VAT - we also don't like to charge, but the government want their cut, sorry!
• Bookings are Saturday - Saturday from March through to November, other entry exit days may be accepted, but please check with us first. 
• Entry is post 2pm on day of arrival, exit by 10am on day of leaving. If you require an early arrival or late exit, you must ask and have it confirmed by us in advance.
