Casa Sylvia – where is it?

Set on either one story, facing the sea this 1 bedroom country cottage or on 2 stories as a 3 bedroom twin maisonette.
Sitting only 12 minutes’ walk back to Frigiliana. For those that know the area, this is the last villa climbing “lomo del perro”,
before reaching the junction of “lomo de la cruz” and is directly opposite the pasada morisco country hotel.
Electric gates open onto a private driveway with off-street parking to the rear of the house.

Walk round to the front and the house is entered via a large & comfortable shaded terrace, with views back to Frigiliana,
Nerja & the sea. Furnished to a high standard; this is a comfortable villa, in a fabulous location.

Flexible accommodation?

If required, one or two further bedrooms, situated below, can be offered for accommodation up to 6 people.

The main salon is more than ample (with room for up to 6 people), there’s no shortage of space outside,
with fabulous Summer kitchen and barbecue. (during the Summer life tends to revolve around the outdoors)

This is a modern house, stylishly furnished with a local contemporary feel and set in a beautiful hillside location.

Fully fitted kitchen with: hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker.

So it’s on the edge of the village?

Located just outside the old Moorish hilltop whitewashed village of Frigiliana.
Twenty minutes walk into the picturesque central square, small shops and restaurants within narrow cobbled streets lined with flowers.

Views over sub-tropical mango and avocado groves to the sea while, behind, the Sierra de Almijara soars above the village.

Within 15 minutes walk you can be in the Sierra Tejada National Park, alongside the shaded valley of the Rio Higueron or following walking trails into the mountains.

Granada, world famous Alhambra and the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are 90 minutes away.

The area has the best climate in Europe with sun-bathing 9 months of the year.

Six kilometers by car or bus from Frigiliana is Nerja with cafes, restaurants, night life, local shops, supermarkets, street performances, the famous Nerja caves, the Balcon de Europa remaining from the 9th Century Moorish fortress and it’s miles of sandy beaches and coves, including the Blue Flag beaches of Burrianna.

• All prices are for 7 nights (minimum). Payments only accepted in Euros €
• Entry is post 2pm on day of arrival, exit by 10am on day of leaving. If you require an early arrival or late exit, you must ask and have it confirmed by us in advance.
• If the Villa is used by 7 persons a 10€ per night Supplement is added and €15 per night in July or August
• Booking Fee : All prices are subject to a 5% booking fee. From that, we pay taxes & VAT - we also don't like to charge, but the government want their cut, sorry!
• Bookings are Saturday - Saturday from March through to November, other entry exit days may be accepted, but please check with us first.
