Where is the Villa ?
It’s Frigiliana but feels like Nerja

Just before you leave Nerja on route to Frigiliana, turn left into La Noria. Follow the road to the back of the development and at to the top of the hill, you’ll find: Casa de la Nuria.

So what’s there?

This house is a very large and very comfortable 3 (could be 4) bedroom villa. Recently remodelled, with great sized family lounge/dining room, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 further sofa beds in a 2nd salon/lounge. The villa has 3 good sized bathrooms a separate fully shaded Andalusian patio. Outside there are private and secluded gardens with a heated 6-meter pool (with chute), Summer kitchen area and seating areas in cute corners of the garden.

The principal entrance leads into the main vestibule/hallway with bedrooms to right, the kitchen and main salon to the left and to the rear of the villa? The 2nd salon/sitting room with a further twin bed bedroom behind that.

The main open plan lounge, dining room and American style kitchen, is understandably large, it’s bright and it’s beautifully furnished. TV is a 42″ flat screen with European Sat (many English language channels) all connected through a great stereo system, leather sofas with seating for 6, comfortable and spacious. Adjoining is the modern dining table (space for 8 comfortably) with breakfast bar to a fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, juicer, iron etc..

There’s a 2nd salon to the rear of the house with its own TV so if the kids (or adults) want to escape or just sit separately.

The master bedroom is a double bed and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is twin singles and also an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 is twin singles and uses the family bathroom

All rooms have TVs..

The 2nd salon can be made up as two single beds as well if required?

All bedrooms are large, and are amply furnished with; wardrobes, side tables, TV, both main and bedside lamps.

Outside

Outside, there are separate terrace areas (both shaded and open) around the house. The entrance to the west aspect is almost enclosed in blinds, there’s exercise equipment for guest use too.

To the south aspect, there are both shaded terraces with eating and sitting areas. Out the shade, there are grassed gardens for sunbathing as well as tiled areas around the pool.

The pool is solar heated, so will always be 2-3 degrees warmer, no painful entry into here, it’s just walk in (or slide) and enjoy.

The villa has off-street secured parking for 3 vehicles outside the house. The road up to the villa is a concreted cul-de-sac and accessed by residents only, so there’s little to no passing traffic.

• All prices are for 7 nights (minimum). Payments only accepted in Euros €
• Entry is post 2pm on day of arrival, exit by 10am on day of leaving. If you require an early arrival or late exit, you must ask and have it confirmed by us in advance.
• If the Villa is used by 7 persons a 10€ per night Supplement is added and €15 per night in July or August
• Booking Fee : All prices are subject to a 5% booking fee. From that, we pay taxes & VAT - we also don't like to charge, but the government want their cut, sorry!
• Bookings are Saturday - Saturday from March through to November, other entry exit days may be accepted, but please check with us first.
