Villa Patricia is a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath country house with lots of charm. It is simply furnished in traditional rustic style and is situated amidst beautiful olive and citrus groves. The garden has its own fig trees which you are welcome to pick when in season (delicious with yoghurt and honey for breakfast). The house offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and has uninterrupted views of the sea, yet this villa is situated only 4km / 10 mins drive by car from Frigiliana and it's village centre along a good accessible country track and concrete road.

To the front of the villa is a very nice swimming pool, terraces wrap around the villa and to the rear (in the shade) a summer kitchen and BBQ.

The property is in a secluded location overlooking the Frigiliana countryside, perfect for those looking to escape the stresses of modern living.

The open plan living offers a good sized salon and dining area, (however during the Summer life here tends to revolve around the outdoors) a simple but very usable kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 double and one twin)two bathrooms, (1 with bath, the other shower room only).

Terraces surround the property giving the choice of all day sun bathing or relaxing in the shade during the hottest part of the day. Fantastic views to mountains and sea.

Living room has comfortable sofas, fireplace with wood burner for chilly winter evenings, European satellite TV (with English channels, mostly news) Hi-fi, combined kitchen / dining area with seating for 4

Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, the master is en-suite, the second twin room uses the adjacent family bathroom.

at the rear of the house, in the shade is a sink and brick built barbecue for those long summer evenings

al fresco dining couldn't get much better. The style and furnishings are simple, but the location is ideal

if you want to sit by the pool and sunbathe all day, the villa patricia has some fabulous spots around the house where you can relax in privacy
