Casa La Molina is a delightful and extremely pretty 3 bed detached country house nestling in the beautiful natural park of the Sierra Almijara mountain range in the Frigiliana countryside.

The villa sits in its own enclosed garden and offers stunning mountain and sea views from its many terraces. The villa offers peace and tranquillity and yet is situated only 4km/ 7 minute drive from Frigiliana village along a good accessible road. 
 

Casa La Molina has been recently built by its Spanish owners and is extremely well maintained and furnished to a good standard in the rustic style typical of this region of Andalusia. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, one double which leads directly onto the front terrace and two twin rooms to the rear of the house all with plenty of wardrobe space.

The living space is open plan with a well equipped kitchen area with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The washing machine is housed outside.

The salon is bright  and airy with a separate dining area.  There is a wood burner for chilly winter evenings, a TV is installed, European satellite with some English channels. There is one family bathroom with overhead shower.

To the rear of the villa is a medium sized pool (7x4meters) which is enclosed and gated (1.50 at the deep end and 1.10 at the shallow end) with pretty sun terraces and loungers provided for sunbathing and relaxing.

There is a large shaded summer kitchen with a built in BBQ furnished for al fresco dining. The villa has a wrap around verandah offering you the choice of mountain and or sea views. Private parking is provided to the front of the house.

Casa La Molina is ideally situated for exploring the lovely moorish village of Frigiliana. Nerja and its beaches can be reached in around 15 minutes.
