Casa Fernando is a truly lovely 3 bed detached villa located just outside Frigiliana on the Puerto Verde route to Acebuchal, a short drive of just 12 minutes into Frigiliana village along a good concreted track.  The house very well maintained is spacious and airy and is designed in a pretty rustic fashion.

The house is located in a tranquil spot surrounded by open countryside with olive and avocado orchards and commanding beautiful sea and country views. The pool (7m x 4m) is bordered by a lawned garden and there is a pretty built in BBQ for the all important al fresco dining.

The large covered veranda to the front of the villa provides shade during the midday heat and is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.

The living space of Casa Fernando is open plan with a spacious salon, dining area and kitchen.

 The salon is cosy and comfortable with wood burning stove for chilly winter evenings and Sat TV with some English channels. The dining area sits 6 comfortably and the kitchen though small is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob and dishwasher, the washing machine is housed outdoors.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms to the rear of the house, a double, a twin and a single sleeping 5 and a full family bathroom with over head shower.

Situated at the edge of the Sierra Tejada National Park this is a great location for country lovers with great walking trails into the mountains and yet  only 12 minutes drive to the lovely Moorish village of Frigiliana with its pretty cobbled streets and whitewashed houses.

The lively resort town of Nerja with its numerous blue flag beaches and international restaurants can be reached in around 20 minutes.

Granada, world famous Alhambra and the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are 90 minutes away.

Local activities include diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding
