Terms and conditions of payment

 

Reservations

We require a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost.

Reservations made by e-mail, telephone or letter are held for a period of 7 working days pending receipt of deposit payment payable by cheque in the post or electronic transfer to our bank in Spain (details provided on request). Reservations are not fully confirmed until payment of the deposit has been received.

 

Balance

The balance of the total holiday cost is due 8 weeks before the arrival date with an additional 100 Euro security deposit refundable on/after departure less any amount in respect of damage or breakages. The booking will be deemed void and the deposit retained if the balance is not received prior to the due date.

 

Amendments to your booking

If you wish to change the dates of the property you have booked, we would reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation and may impose the relevant cancellation charges.

 

Cancellations

Due to the size of our operation cancellations affect us significantly and last minute cancellations give us little chance of rebooking. Therefore the following charges apply:

 

8 -12 weeks before arrival:                   Loss of deposit

4 – 8 weeks before arrival:                    50% of rental

Less than 4 weeks before arrival:          100% of rental

 

For these reasons we suggest you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
