Monte Ariza is a delightful and spacious three bed detached villa which sits high on a hill with magnificent views over the Frigiliana countryside and beyond towards Nerja and the lovely Mediterranean Sea.

Surprisingly, the villa sits only 5 minutes drive out of the village from the Frigiliana - Torrox road, making it an reasonable walk into the village (a little tougher, uphill, on the way back)! 

Parking to the front of the house is in a private driveway with space enough for two cars.

The villa is surrounded by pretty gardens, numerous terraces (both shaded and not), quiet seating areas, quirky corners and a charming gazebo providing a shady nook from which to enjoy the fabulous views across the Frigiliana countryside.

The swimming pool 9.2 m x 4.5 m sits on a lower terrace with uninterrupted views down to the Mediterranean sea.

Inside the villa the property has been sympathetically restored & furnished in a simple rustic style.
The front door leads directly into a large comfortable salon with plenty of seating set around a lovely wood burning stove (for chilly winter evenings).
There is European TV  installed with some channels in English, mainly news.

The kitchen and dining area are open plan to the salon and a large picture window looks out onto the beautiful countryside dotted with avocado and olive groves.

The compact galley style kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a combination microwave, gas hob & fridge/freezer the washing machine is housed in one of the bathrooms.

Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms are simply furnished and all have the added advantage of en-suite shower rooms.

Two of the bedrooms have their own seating areas with comfortable sofas and private covered balconies.

The third double bedroom has its own separate entrance and leads directly into the garden. This is a light and airy room which leads onto a covered terrace and the garden beyond (this room separated from the main house may not be suitable for families with very young children).
