Modern, clean and stylishly decorated this internal 1 bedroom apartment is situated off the stairs "la huerta" which run between the sports centre / municipal pool and the centre of frigiliana by "el casino" one of the oldest bar/restaurants in the village. Access is via the stairs of via the adjacunt gardens (gradual climb)

It is a lovely and large 1 bedroom apartment and located just 5 minutes walk from the moorish centre of Frigiliana.

Also the community has one of the nicest pools in the village, the apartment comes with access (keys etc)

The front door opens onto into a small hallway with access to an open and bright living/dining room and a well equipped seperate kitchen to the left.
The salon has been comfortably decorated in a modern style with 3 seater sofa centred around a coffee table and TV and single bed/chair.

To the front of the salon sits the dining area, with comfortable seating for four.

The kitchen is well equiped; sink, hob, oven, micro, fridge freezer,washing machine, kettle, etc.. everything necessary for holiday catering.

Off the main room to the back is access to shower room.

Next to the living area is a glass door which accesses an internal terrace, a small table and comfortable chairs

Access to the pool is from the street, whilst not perfect it's a short walk around and once there the pool area is fabulous.
A large grassed area, with showers.

There is little shade around the pool, so please remember to take adequete sun protection.

Shared use of communal pool, showers etc.. (but only Edificio residents)

This is a nice apartment, ideal for holiday rental or for a couple that hope to live in Andulicia.

It's right in the centre of the village close enough to maintain local connections; shops, bars,
restaurants and social activities.

One of the great features of this apartment is with it's internal teracing and East-West position it's remains cooler throughout the day.
