Who Are We?

We are a couple that has been together for over 13 years. Three years ago after many happy trips to Spain we decided to live the dream and move here permanently. Having gone through the process of buying and owning a property abroad we understand from first hand experience the highs and lows that occur. Speaking the language and getting to know local people and owners we set up Frigiliana Rentals, finding that absent owners or their guests needed our assistance, in anything ranging from watering plants, to finding electricians, we set up as an addition Frigiliana Property Management.

Property Management The Standard Package

Key Holding
|
We will be a key holder for your property and be the first point of contact for any emergencies that may occur. For this reason we are contactable 24 hours a day, via Spanish landline, UK landline, Mobile, Email or Skype.

Inspection Service
|
Once a week your property will be checked inside and out where we will look for any signs of damage e.g. damp, insect infestation or leaks etc. Any minor problems we will deal with immediately, details of which will be sent to you via a monthly report. Should there be any major problems requiring urgent attention you will be notified immediately and on your instruction we will endeavour to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Property Airing
|
We will ensure the property is properly aired each week limiting the risk of damp or mould occurring.
|
Utility Checks
|
All appliances, for example, air conditioning /heating systems, boilers and light bulbs are checked to ensure all are in good working order. Toilets are flushed and taps run to flush out any stagnant water.

Call Out Service
|
We can at the owners request receive at the property any deliveries or trades people and will close up the property after their visit. Stays of one hour or more will incur an additional charge. |

Pool Maintenance
|
For full pool cleaning service which involves maintaining water levels, hovering, chemical testing for chlorine and ph, descale, pump and bomba maintenace, sand replacement etc. etc Prices on Application

Garden Maintenance
|
Weekly watering, deadheading, weeding etc, as required by client. Price on application. |
Painting and Decorating
|
We can arrange estimates to be taken on your behalf, and manage the project for you, so your property will look clean & tidy on your (or your guests) next arrival

Cleaning
|
We can provide honest, reliable cleaners to give your property a full clean ensuring that before you or your guests arrive for a holiday that the property is spic and span.

Furniture Shopping
|
We know the local area well and know where to source most goods at reasonable prices.
This service is designed for busy new owners who want the hassle taken out of buying property essentials such as towels, linen, crockery and cutlery, ironing boards, microwaves, etc.
We also have contacts with a local design team who can take the strain completely and design and furnish your property within your chosen budget and have your property fully fitted out and ready for your return to Spain.
We can also arrange for air conditioning/heating to be installed, security grills fitted or BBQ’s built.

Why have a property manager?
|
The greatest advantage is knowing someone is looking after your property whilst you are unable to do so. Someone who lives in the locality, speaks the language and knows local trades people and can solve any problems without delay.
Having someone at the end of a phone enables owners to contact the property manager should they have any requests that need dealing with quickly and efficiently.
Having a property manager is taking responsibility for your property in your absence.
