Modern, clean and stylishly decorated this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated off "callejon de agua" which runs off calle real, by the pensionista right in the centre of frigiliana. Access via stairs off calle real, up from carlos cano or from the newly completed adjacent botanical gardens (gradual climb).

This is a lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located right in the moorish centre of Frigiliana it has air conditioning, UK TV, 2 beds, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen large terrace overlooking the botanical gardens and access to communal swimming pool.

The pool is one of the nicest in the village, the apartment comes with access (keys etc)

The front door opens onto a small hallway with direct access to the open and bright living/dining room with a well equipped separate kitchen to the rear. The salon has been comfortably decorated in a modern style with sofa and chair centred around a coffee table, TV and entertainment centre. There are double patio doors to the front of the salon which lead onto a private terrace (which runs the length of the apartment)

The salon is air conditioned.

The kitchen is well equipped; sink, hob, oven, micro, fridge freezer,washing machine, kettle, etc..
- all brand new and everything necessary for holiday catering.

Both bedrooms (one large double and the other twin singles) have their own set of double doors and access to the private terrace overlooking the botanical gardens. Whilst there are two bathrooms (full; bath & shower, sink, bidet and lavatory) neither is en-suite, but logically located adjacent to both bedrooms respectfully.

Access to the pool is from carlos cano, whilst not perfect it's a short walk around and once there the pool area is fabulous.
A large grassed area, large pool with integrated jacuzzi and showers.

There is little shade around the pool, so please remember to take adequate sun protection.

This is a nice apartment, ideal for holiday rental to visit the village and to see Andalucian.

It's right in the centre of the village close enough to maintain local connections; shops, bars,
restaurants and social activities.
