In the historic village of Frigiliana sits Cortijo Javier a beautiful 3 bedroom traditional cottage surrounded by lush avocado orchards
which gives this lovely cortijo a Hansel and Gretel feel.

The cottage is in a secluded location and yet only a 5 minute walk into the village making it an ideal location for those that want a country retreat
but with easy access to all the village amenities.
 

Cortijo Javier has been furnished in a pretty rustic style typical of this region of Andalusia.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 on the upper floor and a twin room on the ground floor, all with plenty of wardrobe space.

There is a downstairs shower room and a family bathroom with jacuzi bath on the upper floor. 
The living space is open plan with a well equipped kitchen area with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The washing machine is housed outside. The salon in typical cottage style is small but cosy and comfortable.
There is a wood burner for chilly winter evenings, a TV is installed, mostly Spanish channels, English news also.
 

Outdoors the cortijo has a large pool with a pretty sun terrace and loungers are provided for sunbathing and relaxing.
There is a large shaded front terrace with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining and to the side of the house is a small summer kitchen
with built in BBQ and a further dining area with pretty teak furniture. Private parking is provided to the front of the cottage.
