Just out of Frigiliana (off the end of lomo de la cruz), down a 30m private track sits: cortijo alejandro,
a charming 1 bedroom, air conditioned, country house set amongst olive and avocado trees in a superb location with great views looking south towards Nerja and the sea.This is a good sized one bedroom house, with superb outside space, pool, sun terraces, loads of parking, basketball goal.The location is superb, out of the bustle of the village, but still near enough for access. If your privacy is important, this is your villa.
The house is actually easily accessed and it's a beautiful location.
If your fit, it's close enough to the pueblo - you could walk! (35+ mins)
For a one bedroom house this is certainly not short on accommodation:
Leave your car parked outside on the private parking area, space for 3 cars, pass the shaded front terrace, with table and chairs and access the house directly to the front salon.
To the rear of the salon sits stairs to a mezzanine 3 beds (1 double and a single) and below that the well equipped family kitchen.

Whilst the current furniture layout is set up for three, the owners are happy to store off site the single bed
if not required for a long term rent.
The same could be said for all of the furniture if it wasn't required or you had your own.
