Cortijo monica is a 2 bedroom country house set high in a elevated position surrounded by olive groves and open farm and with outstanding village and sea views
just up from Frigiliana village. The villa is ideally situated being just 10 - 15 minutes walk, down lomo de la cruz and along the winding country lane lomo de los peros.
If you drive it's 6 minutes to Frigiliana or 15 minutes to Nerja. Nerja has beautiful beaches, bustling shops and lively international restaurants.

The accommodation is all on one level with its own private swimming pool, great terrace areas, outside barbecue and fabulous views.
This is a lovely villa ideal for small families and/or sleeps 4 people comfortably.

Outside the villa is a large tiled and shaded terrace providing ample space for eating, throwing a BBQ or simply gazing at the stunning scenery.
The terrace raps around the side of the villa to another terrace with shade ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, swimming. Covered terrace areas are ideal when you want to escape
from the mid day sun with a good book.The swimming pool is 5m x 3m (1.4m & 2m deep).

The house has 2 bedrooms (double and twin) separated by a family bathroom with shower

The entrance to the villa requires remote keys for the electric gate and then to the front of the villa is ample parking for 3 cars.
The covered terrace to the front of the house provides the lovely country and sea views and is the main access to the front door and entry to the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, micro, toaster & kettle and is open plan to the lounge/diner.
The TV is 38" and comes with Spanish & European Sat. so UK news channels and english language entertainment channels via the digital spanish subscription.
