Cortijo del polborilla is a very comfortable 3 bed country villa set in a quiet rural spot with panoramic village, mountain and sea views.
The villa is ideally situated being only a short drive of 7 minutes to Frigiliana village centre along a good concrete track and a 15 minute
drive to the resort town of Nerja with its lively beaches.

The accommodation is set on one level it has it's own private pool, off street parking and set in its own enclosed
garden with numerous sun terraces.

The villa has been furnished in a traditional Andalucian style, typical of the region. The front door leads directly into the open plan living and dining area which is cosy and comfortable. In the corner of the salon is a wood burner for chilly evenings and the kitchen open plan to the living room is equipped with;  electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is in the living area European TV with some English channels (mainly news).
To the rear of the house there are three bedrooms, a double and 2 twin singles (bed 3 pictured as a single) all have plenty of cupboard space and share the family bathroom. The pool entered via a set of aluminium steps and has sun beds for relaxing and taking in the lovely Spanish sun-shine. There are numerous terraces furnished with outdoor dining furniture for al fresco eating. Views from this villa, like many, are stunning and look down to Nerja, the sea or back across the village to mountains, or across countryside to Torrox and beyond.
