Casa Sergio is a large and comfortable 3 bedroom house set in an elevated position near the Church de San Antonio in Calle Zacatin.
The house no. 15 is a typical Frigiliana and Andalucían house, kept by it's owners to a very high standard.
Calle Zacatin is probably one of the most photographed streets in the village.

This was in the past the "Jewish quarter" of a village with 3 cultures, everyone lived together and in harmony (Jews, Christians & Moors). The village architecture, culture, food and the people themselves still reflect these mixed multicultural days.

The house has wonderful views over the village to the Almijara mountains, down to the sea and Nerja and across the local countryside. The resort town of Nerja with its lovely beaches and famous caves can be reached in around 15 minutes.

The interior of the house has been maintained to a high standard and and furnished in a traditional style.

The entrance hallway is large enough to use as another dining area, if required, off the hallway are three doorways and a large sweeping staircase to the upper levels. One room leads to bedroom 3, another to the kitchen with utility room and further downstairs lavatory. Towards the rear of the house is the living and dining room a large open-plan area with comfortable seating and dining for 6 people. To the rear of the salon is the lower terraces area.

Whilst the house itself has no swimming pool, there is in July and August a municipal pool, 6 minutes walk from the house. We think the owner is realistic in how they've priced this house, realizing that if your a large party and requiring space to live, sleep and be in the centre of Frigiliana, if you can live without a pool this is ideal.

The house has 3 bedrooms; master double, with mirrored wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin singles. Bedroom three is currently set up as one single bed and a sofa, but easily can be twin singles if required. The two bedrooms on the first floor have direct access to the large family bath /shower room, the downstairs bedroom has access to the lavatory and sink accessable via the kitchen and utility room

The terrace to the back of the house  provides additional seating and dining area off the main salon and is a great place to have a barbecue or just sit and soak in the atmosphere of the village. The top terrace is set up more to relax and has lovely country and sea views
