Drive out of Frigiliana towards Torrox on the old Granada Road, just before the turning for Acebuchal, on the left is a short (concreted) carril
(country road) which leads (2/3rds of a mile) to the gates of "Casa Rosa"
This villa is set on the brow of a hill approx. two kilometres from Frigiliana, and has stunning views back to Nerja and the sea.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is ideal holiday home for a family or a group of friends.

The accommodation is all on one floor and the villa has great shaded terraces to the front and a great private roof terrace.
with panoramic sea and mountain views, grassed area and loads of space around the pool.
The swimming pool (7x3.5m aprox) is beautifully positioned to the rear of the house, with loads of sunbathing area, beds and parasol.

Inside, the accommodation consists of (on one floor); a good sized salon/dining room,
The main salon, an extention on the villa, has two 3 seater sofa's, sat in an "L" shape around a traditional andalucian wall unit.
The television has European Satellite (some English channels).
The dining room with seating and space for 6, which was the original salon, is a large open plan space with adjoining American style galley kitchen

	The two original bedrooms are off to the back of the villa and share a shower/bathroom between them. Off the dining room, another extension, two steps up and a very comfortable master bedroom (double bed) with private en-suite.

All 3 bedrooms are clean, and comfortable and well equipped with plenty of storage and hanging space .
There are 2 double bed bedrooms (matrimonial) and one with twin single beds (90cm).

The views from the villa are stunning as are the sunsets from either the front covered terrace or on the roof terrace.
It's easy to jump into the car and drive to Nerja which is a lovely, low rise resort with loads of character.
Also you must visit the village of Frigiliana, quintessential Andalucia, it's lovely. All in all a wonderful, relaxing holiday home and location.
