On the outskirts of Frigiliana and a 10 minute walk into the village is located: Casa Margarita, a two bedroom  (the sun-room has sofa-bed providing bed 3) - 2 bathroom, detached villa with a new pool which sits in a superb location with great views of the village. 

The house has stunning 180^o views towards the sea, Frigiliana and the mountain backdrop. The house is easily accessed by a recently concreted road The location is ideal for walking into the pueblo so you can leave your car and enjoy the many bars and restaurants.

This is a comfortable house, the decoration is simple and rustic in style, air conditioning is installed in the main salon and master bedroom, for chilly evenings the salon also has a wood burning stove. The new pool and garden terraces are a great place to relax.

Accommodation consists of:

Entrance hallway - leading into sun room with sofa-bed - a pretty room with dual outlook over the gardens.
The lounge (has plenty of seating), UK satellite TV, air conditioning, wood burning fire and access to:
The kitchen / dining room, including: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc.

  To the back of the lounge is a small hallway which has three further rooms off:

The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom, also a double, has views onto avocado trees to the rear of the property.
The third room is the bath / shower room with washing machine

The sun room at the front of the house can be used as a third bedroom, with a single bed sofa.
This makes comfortable accommodation for visitors, but it's not suitable as a 3rd bedroom for a holiday

This house is a perfect location for those that want a base to explore Andalucía, visit Frigiliana / Competa / Torrox  / Nerja and their neighbouring towns, or stay at home with a wonderful sun terrace / pool / and gardens this is a beautiful location just to stop and relax.
