Between Frigiliana and Nerja, down "loma de las vacas" past the modern houses and down towards the rio seco sits villa lomasol a nice private 2 bed house with off-street parking, great pool, fabulous gardens and outstanding views across the frigiliana countryside.

This villa, lomasol sits raised off the road down to the rio seco, and is a great two bedroom family home, it has good terraces a nice pool, great accommodation throughout and overall feels like a home. It's situated in a fabulous place to stay at for a family or a group of friends on vacation in this area.

The accommodation is all on one level, self contained in it's own private gardens, private parking and has a 6 x 4m pool (aprox).

Inside, the accommodation, all on one floor consists of; a good sized salon/dining room and kitchen.
The main salon has a 3 seater sofa and an arm chairs centred around an open fire, there is also TV & Spanish digital box
(some English channels - mostly news).

The dining area with seating and space for 4 sits at the other end of the salon adjacent to the modern American style kitchen.
Mostly in Summer guests take food outside to dine al fresco on the shaded terrace overlooking the mountains.

The kitchen, is a good size, perfect for a family. It's fully equipped; hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.. all the conveniences of home. The washing machine (as is the style in Spain) is situated outside the house in it's own cupboard near the washing lines. There is one (1) double bedroom and one (1) twin single bedroom, both a good size, spotlessly clean and have more than adequate storage space.

The swimming pool is aprox 6 x 4 meters, and nicely shaped. It's surrounded by plenty of sun beds, seating and shade off parasols.
The views of the back of the gardens are to the local countryside.

The gardens are beautifully kept, and the side exit (away from the pool) leads to the private parking / driveway with space for about 3 cars.
The house is surrounded by fence and advocado trees.

At the top of the pool area (adjacent to the table and chairs of the shaded terrace) is an proper brick built barbecue.

This villa's location is ideal to visit and holiday in Frigiliana, but also if you love and want to be part of Nerja
it's nightlife and buzz, is as equally accessible. Enjoy your time and later, a short taxi ride back home.
Escape the maddening crowds for the peace of a hillside retreat.
It's also easy to jump into the car and drive to either Nerja or Frigiliana both of which are a short 5 minutes drive away (around 20 mins walk to Frigiliana).

From the villa, to the top of loma de la vaca is 1.5Km and 3Km to Frigiliana centre (aprox.)
