The outside space in this villa, is truly what gives it the "wow factor!"
The zones can be defined:
Parking (shaded for 3 cars, open for a further 6)
Lilo's and sun bed area with grass (although newly planted Summer 2010)
Pool and open space surrounding, ample for sun beds, towels, lilo's etc
Shaded external kitchen (fridge, sink, brick barbecue) with dining area for 12 plus.
Roof terrace with 360 degree panoramic views.

Inside, the accommodation consists of great sized salon/dining room with air conditioning, an american style galley kitchen
small shower room, and a short hallway to 4 good sized bedrooms and family bathroom (bath and shower)

The villa has TV, but Spanish only..

There is a huge 1500w Air conditioning unit in the salon, which genuinely keeps the ambient temperature in the villa down around 18-20 degrees
(providing doors and windows are shut to allow the unit to perform)

If short of anything, although space there is, possibly not enough seating indoors for a large family or party of more than 6.. however, mostly in the Summer life is spent outdoors,
in the sun, in the pool, in the shade but outside.. so any lacking of seating indoors isn't an issue.

The views from the villa are stunning.
It's easy to jump into the car and drive to Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo or Nerja all are low rise and have loads of character.
Frigiliana is quintessentially a fine example of Moorish Andalucia, it's lovely.

When these photo's were taken Summer 2010, the owners were living in the house and have decorated their children's rooms accordingly for their own kids.
The owners are committed for their rental guests, to strip out their personal effects and personal property to ensure what you receive when you arrive is a clean canvas
with all required, in which you can easily stamp your own personality and enjoy.
