Situated between the unspoilt village of Frigiliana and the bustling resort town of Nerja sits Casa Eduardo its midway location makes it an ideal base from which to explore the 2 very different regions.

This comfortable villa set in its own large garden and in a secluded location offers both sea and mountain views. The house is approached via a country track a short drive of 5 minutes from the main Nerja to Frigiliana road.

Casa Eduardo has been simply but comfortably furnished and has all the facilities needed to make your stay a pleasant one.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms, one with double bed and an ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

A comfortable lounge/diner with a working fireplace (for chilly winter evening) adjoins the open plan kitchen which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave and washing machine.  There is an  additional eating area on the outside terrace for al fresco dining with beautiful mountain and country views. European TV is installed showing English and International news.

Outdoors the property offers a private pool with sun terraces and sun loungers for taking in the sun and relaxing with a good book. The enclosed garden area provides plenty of space for children to play in and the large shaded front terrace furnished with table and chairs is a great place for a BBQ. Private parking is provided at the front of the house.

This house is an ideal base from which to explore the many faces of the Costa del Sol
