Casa Dolores is a large and comfortable 3 bedroom house set in an elevated position on Calle de Santa Teresa de Ávila, which was considered, the wealthy street in Frigiliana.
Certainly those times have past, but it's one of the prettiest and most photographed, however, be warned, it's at the top of the village, there's no cars, no parking you need to walk.
The access to this house is not for the faint-hearted but when your there it is a cavernous space of 3 bedrooms, 3 public rooms,
good terraces and a very usable kitchen / diner.
The house no. 7 is a typical Frigiliana and Andalucían house, kept by it's owners to a very high standard.
Calle de Santa Teresa de Ávila is probably one of the most photographed streets in the village.

The house has wonderful views over the village to the Almijara mountains, down to the sea and Nerja and across the local countryside.
The resort town of Nerja with its lovely beaches and famous caves can be reached in around 15 minutes.

The interior of the house has been maintained to a high standard and and furnished in a traditional style.

The entrance hallway leads directly to the dining area, off the dining area is doorways
to the kitchen, the main TV salon, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
Whilst the house itself has no swimming pool, there is in July and August a municipal pool, 9 minutes walk from the house.
We think the owner is realistic in how they've priced this house, realizing that if your a large party and requiring space to live,
sleep and be in the centre of Frigiliana, if you can live without a pool this is ideal.

The house has 3 bedrooms; master double with plenty of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom is a double too, again wardrobes abound.
Bedroom three is currently set up as twin singles if required.

The house has one large family bath /shower room, downstairs.

The terrace to the back of the house  provides additional seating and dining area off the kitchen and is a great place
to have a barbecue or just sit and soak in the atmosphere of the village.

Ideally the owner would like to rent this for 550 Euros per calander Month, alternatively she may consider holiday rental, see below.
