The apartment is ideally situated just 10 minutes walk to the centre of historic Frigiliana and 10 minutes by bus or car to the lovely resort town of Nerja with its beautiful beaches and bustling shops and lively international restaurants.
The available accommodation is all on one level with its own private swimming pool, it should be noted
that the owner’s accommodation above would be unoccupied during any rental period, offering
complete privacy to guests.

The exterior of this apartment is superb with a large tiled terrace providing ample space for sunbathing, relaxing, swimming, throwing a BBQ or simply gazing at the stunning scenery. There is also a covered terrace area when you want to escape from the mid day sun with a good book.
The swimming pool 6.5m x 4m x 1.7m deep (all one depth) is entered via a set of steel step ladders in one corner of the pool.

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms one with ensuite shower room
and a further family bedroom with 3 single beds, all rooms have ceiling fans,
there is also a good sized family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a large walk in shower.

There is a comfortable family room with digital TV (UK news channels) and a DVD player, patio doors lead
onto the covered terrace.

For children (or the young at heart) there is a large games room complete with full table tennis and
a selection of board games and a CD player and radio.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a oven, dishwasher, washing machine
and fridge/freezer. The kitchen has been designed to open up via a set of sliding glass panels
(if desired) to become part of the covered terrace for al fresco dining.

The dining area sits under the covered terrace and provides plenty of space for family meals.

Private parking is found at the front of the house.

We would like to stress that the living quarters are very close to the swimming pool area and that
families with young children should please take this into consideration when booking.

No smoking or pets are permitted in the accommodation.
