Casa Anna Marie is a pretty and cosy 2 bedroom country house set in a elevated position surrounded by olive groves and open farm and with outstanding village and sea views.
The villa is ideally situated being just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the village along a winding country lane and 15 minutes by car to the lovely resort town of Nerja
with its beautiful beaches, bustling shops and lively international restaurants.
The accommodation is all on one level with its own private swimming pool This is a lovely villa ideal for families and sleeps 4 people comfortably.

Outside the villa has a large tiled terrace providing ample space for sunbathing, relaxing, swimming, throwing a BBQ or simply gazing at the stunning scenery.
There is also a covered terrace area when you want to escape from the mid day sun with a good book.
The swimming pool is entered via a set of easy Roman steps to the front of the pool.

The covered terrace to the back of the house provides a additional seating and dining area and is a great place to relax and has lovely country and sea views
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, also the kitchen is open plan to the lounge/diner.
There is private parking at the back of the house in an enclosed area or in the lane found at the front of the house.
We would like to stress that the living quarters are very close to the swimming pool area and that families with young children
should please take this into consideration when booking.
