Casa Ana is a delightful 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool for rent in the Frigiliana countryside. Set in a peaceful location surrounded by olive groves its the perfect retreat, yet its only 4 kms from Frigiliana village centre and a 15 minute drive to Nerja, its beaches and the famous Nerja Caves. Casa Ana is accessed via a good concrete road bar the last few metres which is acceptable track. The villa provides stunning views of the local countryside and of the Mediterranean sea.
Casa Ana has been simply furnished in a Spanish rustic style providing comfortable accommodation with all the modern facilities required to make your stay enjoyable.


The living accommodation is open plan with a good kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher, the washing machine is housed separately in a outdoor utility area. A comfortable lounge/diner adjoins the open plan kitchen and for winter evenings there is a working fireplace. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, two double's and a twin bedroom, a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a further shower room housed separately near the pool area with double shower and toilet.

Life in Spain revolves around the outdoors and Casa Ana is no exception, to the front of the house is a large enclosed terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. This terrace is bathed in sunlight during the morning perfect for breakfast with a coffee and a croissant.
The pool (1.15 - 1.35 deep) and sun terraces are at the back of the villa and they catch the afternoon and evening sun. There is also a great BBQ area and loads of space for that Sunday BBQ party with cold beer and Sangria. The views from the pool area are lovely and provide great vistas of rural Spain.
Local passing traffic include the mule men, morning horse riders and the occasional goat herd.
