Casa Simon is a delightful and quirky 2 bed detached country house sitting in an elevated position in the beautiful Frigiliana countryside.

The villa sits in its own enclosed garden and offers stunning mountain and sea views from its many terraces.

The villa offers peace and tranquillity and yet is situated only 4km/10 minute drive from Frigiliana village along a good accessible road (the last 100m is a good track).

Life revolves around the outdoors in Spain and Casa Simon is no exception with a lovely pool with plenty of sun decks for relaxing and sunbathing
and a large shaded front terrace provided with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.

The house also comes complete with a built in BBQ area.

Casa Simon has been furnished in a pretty rustic style typical of this region of Andalusia.

There are 2 good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with plenty of wardrobe space.

The living space is open plan with a well equipped kitchen area with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The washing machine is housed outside.

The salon is large and airy with a separate dining area there is a wood burner for chilly winter evenings, TV is installed, Spanish TV.

Outdoors the villa has a medium sized pool (approx 7x4m) with pretty sun terraces and loungers are provided for sunbathing and relaxing.

There is a large shaded summer kitchen with a built in BBQ furnished for al fresco dining. 

Private parking is provided to the front of the house.
