Casa Marivi is a 2 bedroom country house set high on a hill surrounded by olive groves and open farm and with outstanding countryside and sea views,
The villa is nicely situated, along a winding country lane (mostly concreted) "el pendon".
If you drive it's 12 minutes to Frigiliana or 15-18 minutes to Nerja. Nerja has beautiful beaches, bustling shops and lively international restaurants.

The accommodation is all on one level with its own private and gated swimming pool (secure for children), good terrace areas, fabulous views, an outside barbecue/kitchen. This is a lovely villa ideal for family holidays and sleeps 4 people comfortably.

Outside the villa is a large tiled and shaded terrace providing ample space for eating,from the outside BBQ/kitchen, or simply gazing at the stunning scenery.
The terrace raps around the side with a gated entrance to the pool area, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, swimming.
It's worth remembering, that covered terrace areas are ideal when you want to escape from the mid day sun with a good book.

The swimming pool is aprox. 4m x 3m (1.4m & 2m deep).

The house has 2 bedrooms; 1 x double and 1 x twin single and share a great family bathroom (shower unit).

Access to the villa requires a short drive off road on a country track (100m) but it's flat and smooth, otherwise the road is all concrete.
To the front of the villa there is ample parking for 3 cars.

The covered terrace wraps all around from the front of the house to the rear and provides lovely country views
and offers the access to the front door and therefor entry to the house.
The kitchen is new, modern, very well equipped with all the appliances you'll require including: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, micro, kettle etc.
The kitchen is open plan to the lounge/diner.

The TV has Spanish & European Sat. so UK news channels and english language entertainment channels via the digital spanish subscription.
