Just outside Frigiliana, a 10 minute drive, sits: casa ana diaz, a 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom, detached villa which sits among avocado trees in a superb location looking south towards Nerja and the sea.
The location is superb, end of terrace with stunning views of the sea, and the surrounding mountains.
The house is easily accessed with a recently concreted road for the majority and 2 mins of campo track to the front door, it's a beautiful location but still close enough to the pueblo you can leave your car and enjoy a 25 minute walk.
This is a large comfortable house the new pool and sun terraces are superb.
This villa is certainly not short on accommodation:
Leave your car parked outside on the private parking area in-front (there's a door to the separate washing area), enter the garden on the left onto the the front sun-terrace, with pergola. To your left is the entrance to the house, further back another covered sun terrace and raised to your right the swimming pool and sun-worshipping terraces.
The front door leads directly into the salon, with dining area further back and galley style kitchen to the rear.

To the left of the salon is a small hallway which has a double bedroom a twin room and the main bathroom
The master bedroom is separate off to the right: double bed and it's own en-suite shower room.
This house is an ideal location if you want either a base to explore Andalucia, visit Frigiliana / Competa / Torrox / Nerja and their neighbouring towns, or stay at home with a sun-terraces / pool / outside barbecue and gardens this is just a beautiful location to stop and relax.
