Casa Anna Marie is a pretty and cosy 2 bedroom country house set in a elevated position surrounded by olive groves and open farm and with outstanding village and sea views. The villa is ideally situated just 10/15 minutes walk to the village along a winding country lane and 15 minutes by car to the lovely resort town of Nerja with its beautiful beaches, bustling shops and lively international restaurants.

Outside the villa has a large tiled terrace providing ample space for sunbathing, relaxing, swimming, throwing a BBQ or simply gazing at the stunning scenery. There is also a covered terrace area when you want to escape from the mid day sun with a good book.
The swimming pool of medium size is entered via a set of easy Roman steps to the front of the pool.

The covered terrace to the back of the house provides a additional seating and dining area and is a great place to relax and has lovely country and sea views

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a oven, dishwasher, washing machine

There is private parking at the back of the house in an enclosed area or in the lane found at the front of the house.
